In the framework of the project for Human Rights Defenders in Togo, carried out together with FIACAT and ACAT Togo, CCIG is very happy to share a recent publication providing the translation of UPR recommendations on torture, ill-treatment, arbitrary detention, arbitrary execution and enforced disappearance in the three national languages of Togo.

The publication includes a graphic representation of the relevant UPR recommendations through cartoons realized by a Togolese artist.

The content of the publication is also available through a multimedia tool to be used by local civil society to raise awareness on the commitments made by Togo to fight against torture and ill-treatment.

This activity was realized thanks to the support of the City of Geneva and of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
